AngloGold?s mission, values and
business principles, which had been developed in consultation with
employees, were further refined during 2003 to more accurately
reflect our purpose and the way in which we intend to do business.
This will continue in 2004, and will be the subject of a
comprehensive internal communications campaign during 2004 and
beyond.
