While the various materials were produced during the year, they were not implemented as the company has instituted strategic review, which may have an impact on these documents.	Not Achieved	Following the strategic review and review of the company’s values in late 2007 and early 2008, the various compliance handbooks and values documentation will be revised and rolled out.
Developing and implementing a supplier handbook on key compliance and governance policies applicable to them.
Communication and, in particular, the roll-out of the values and business principles and associated policies to all employees.
