Our vision, values and business principles are important to us and this entire report has been produced so as to reflect the way in which we live our values.

In response to the significant changes within our company over the past year from a shareholder and leadership perspective, and as the world in which we live continues to change, we have embarked on a review of our values and business principles. We will report further on this in our 2008 report as we will be consulting with a broad ranges of management and employees across our operations.
